1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 6 working hours of placement.

If an order has already shipped, it will be processed as a return.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–14 business days for processing, depending on your bank/payment provider.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
