1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 working hours of placement. 

  • If an order has already shipped, it will be processed as a return. 


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. 
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. 
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method. 
  • Please allow 5–14 business days for processing, depending on your bank/payment provider. 
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos. 

  • We will issue a replacement or refund if verified. 


5. Incorrect Items Delivered

  • If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours with photos. 

  • We will send the correct item or issue a refund if unavailable. 

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Discounted, promotional, or special-offer products are non-returnable. 

  • Opened or used items cannot be returned. 

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • If you face an issue, please contact us before initiating a bank chargeback. 

  • We aim to resolve disputes fairly and quickly.
